Younus Khan has asked for guarantee to remain captain of Pakistan cricket team till the World Cup 2011, According to the channel, he made this demand in a meeting with PCB chairman Ijaz Butt.
Younus Khan said that he has demanded to remain captain of the team till World Cup 2011 if PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) wants him to withdraw his resignation.
PCB chairman Ijaz Butt has confirmed the meeting with Younus. He said that matters related to captaincy were discussed with Younus.
